Unter dem Motto „Gutes tun in Regionen, in denen man beruflich unterwegs ist“ unterstützt die atene KOM GmbH die ehrenamtliche Arbeit der Betreuer des Sommercamps der ev.-luth. Kirchengemeinde St. Willehadi in Osterholz-Scharmbeck.

Seit über 12 Jahren wird dieses Camp für insgesamt 35 Teilnehmer im Alter von 16 bis 18 Jahren organisiert. Die gesamte Fahrt steht unter dem Aspekt junge Heranwachsende zu motivieren, sich selbst zu vertrauen, eigene Erfahrungen zu sammeln und sich innerhalb einer großen Gruppe behaupten zu können. Die Teilnehmer kochen selbst, bestimmen die Tagesabläufe in Diskussionsrunden und auch der Sport kommt nicht zu kurz.
