European funding will be thematically combined in community programs or managed in individual structural funds. The sum of all transnational projects is the communication and collaboration as well as mutual learning from and through other transnational project partners.
Besides the content that is more difficult to understand and conditions for eligibility, the individual programs, including cooperation with various transnational partners, is a special difficulty involved in such projects.
In this seminar the participants receive training to get an insight into the current situation and the challenges of transnational projects. The aim of the seminar is effective project management as a key to understanding success and to maintain a systematic overview of the challenges of intercultural collaboration.
