Building networks is an essential part of the work of atene KOM GmbH. The task is not accomplished after bringing partners together - networks must be maintained, their aims observed and their tasks structured and organized. Only by this way a network can be profitable and generate value in special questions.
Network management means first and foremost the organization of projects to us, from planning, through to content and organization and preparation prior to and follow-up of meetings and events of the partner to the distribution of results and quality assurance.
Networking is a field that has to cope with on the one hand recurring tasks that can be converted into structured processes. For this atene KOM has developed tools and methods that make working efficiently possible. On the other hand, each network and each project is unique, each partner has their own ideas of success and of the implementation, and each content requires its own creative approach. atene KOM is equipped to deal with this - technical expertise and the necessary tact in dealing with customers and partners to help us and you cope with the daily requirements in the projects.
To moderate processes with sound, content and target group oriented and in difficult situations mediate between partners or participating groups with divergent interests are some of the important tools in project work.
Events must be prepared structurally and oriented on the target group. Part of this is the content preparation as much as the organization of venue, speakers and journeys.
To organize partnership structures, develop work plans, putting together reports to higher authorities, to coordinate substantive work, to monitor financial flows - these are all tasks that have to be carried out efficiently and structurally. atene KOM has streamlined processes and tools that support the project work.
